Some people love manual adjusting, that is where the Chiropractor uses his/her hands to adjust spinal subluxations. Others, especially Senior Citizens like the activator method, where a small tool is used that uses no force but has the ability to accurately put the bone back in place with small quick spring activated thrusts. Other people like the drop table adjustment where the table does all of the work by dropping down when the Chiropractor puts pressure on the spine. We use all of these techniques at our office. Which is your favorite type of adjustment?
